AI Text Service

Terms of Service

The rules for using the static demonstration and the subjects a production subscription agreement must address.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to AI Text Service. The current website is a static product demonstration. Using the demo indicates acceptance of these terms as they apply to the demonstration environment.

2. Eligibility and accounts

A production service should require users to provide accurate account information, protect credentials and meet the minimum legal age applicable to their location. The static login and sign-up forms do not create real accounts.

3. Acceptable use

Users must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade safeguards, impersonate others, conduct fraud or create prohibited abusive content. Production rules should be aligned with the connected AI provider and hosting platform.

4. User content

Users retain rights they hold in submitted content and grant the service the limited permissions necessary to process, store and display it. Users are responsible for having the right to submit their materials.

5. AI-assisted output

Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content or unsuitable for a particular use. Users must review and verify output before relying on or publishing it. AI Text Service should not be treated as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

6. Plans and billing

The static build does not process payment. Production subscriptions should clearly disclose price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refunds and usage limits before checkout.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, brand elements and service software are owned by AI Text Service LLC or its licensors, excluding user content and third-party materials. Permission is not granted to copy the service branding or source for a competing product.

8. Availability and changes

A production service may change features, limits or integrations. Material changes should be communicated reasonably. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or causes outside reasonable control.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Final liability language, exclusions and governing law must be reviewed by qualified counsel for the operating jurisdiction.

10. Termination and contact

Access may be suspended for serious or repeated violations. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@aitextservice.com.
