Privacy Policy
How the static demo uses browser storage and what a production service should disclose about account, content and AI processing data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Text Service LLC would handle information when operating the AI Text Service website and application. The current static demonstration does not create server accounts, transmit generator inputs to an AI provider or operate production analytics.
2. Information the static demo stores
The demo may store theme preference, cookie choice and generated document history in localStorage on your device. This information remains in the browser unless you clear site data or the website is changed to send it elsewhere.
3. Information a production service may collect
A production version may collect account details, authentication records, billing identifiers, support messages, usage logs, workspace content and integration settings. The final service should document each data category, purpose, legal basis and retention period.
4. AI processing
Production AI generation should disclose which provider receives prompts, what data is sent, how long the provider retains it and whether the provider uses it for model training. Sensitive data should not be submitted without appropriate safeguards.
5. Service providers
A launched service may use hosting, authentication, database, email, monitoring and payment providers. The production policy should name material providers or provide a maintained subprocessor list.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data should be retained only as long as needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Users should have a documented method to request deletion, subject to lawful exceptions.
7. Security
Reasonable safeguards should include encrypted transport, protected credentials, access controls, rate limiting, backups, logging and incident response. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. International use
Because AI Text Service is designed as a remote-first international product, production operations should identify data locations and provide any required cross-border transfer safeguards.
9. Your choices
Users should be able to manage account details, optional communications and supported privacy requests. Browser storage in this demo can be removed through browser settings.
